Return and Exchange of purchases by phone or email.

At Pièces D`auto Lacasse, we want your complete satisfaction. If the product (or products) you buy does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it to us prepaid and we will exchange or refund it to you. Returns and exchanges of in-store purchases.

If you wish to return your purchase to the store, you have 30 days to return it to us. The product must not have been installed, must be in its original condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice and in its original packaging. You can exchange it or get a refund (some exceptions apply).

Our guarantees.

We guarantee the quality of the products we sell. The parts are all covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. A product may be defective if it does not function properly after normal use. Please note that all shipping costs related to a warranty are at the customer's expense. Contact us for the procedure to follow.
